...but too many other people had the same idea so all we could do was stand on tiptoe and try to peek over their shoulders! We really didn't have a clue what was going on (but chances are that would have been the case even if we'd had a clear view...) but it was still interesting to hear the commentary and soak up the atmosphere for a little while.

We went to watch a baseball game while we were in the US - just looked like glorified rounders to me - couldn't see what all the fuss was about!!
GASP! Jo! oh I love baseball. The first time I saw a game on TV I was hooked and I hate being a spectator. Until that date I never ever watched sport only took part in it.

Wish you had been able to see a game, I love basketball. Living in the land of the Duke Blue Devils, Carolina TarHeels and NC State Wolfpack it's heresy to be from North Carolina and NOT love college basketball :)
