Making Feathers Fly

The day we went to Santa Monica we saw someone riding around on a 'parrot bike'. It was decorated lavishly, and at least 4 parrots were perched on it in various places! We saw the guy a couple of times and at one point stopped to watch for a while. All seemed well till one of these two parrots sidled a little too close to the food dish for the other's liking!

Oh the sights you'll see on a Calfornia beach! LOL

Love the layout and the colors you've used, Mel! :o)

I've seen seagulls do that "back off" dance - must have been really interesting with all the pretty colors of the parrot feathers!

I like the border and top detail! I really want to do something similar before I finish the Shimelle class b/c it's so Shimille!

Nice layout. Like your border. How did you do it? did you rip the patterned paper and place it on a white one? Anyway I like it.
