Blog of the Week

It seemed appropriate really, after all the scrapping (and photo-editinginspiration she's given me lately (and a giveaway prize, too!), to feature this lovely lady as my Blog of the Week :)

I've taken every online class she's ever offered (well, OK, truth is I've bought every online class she's ever offered, but a couple of them I haven't quite gotten round to working through yet - but I will, and I know I'll get so much out of them!)

I've joined in several of her online crops.

She's the reason I started to blog, and through her classes I've made many friends, several of whom I've now actually met in person, several I have definite plans to meet with very soon, a couple I think and hope I might be able to meet with soon, one very dear friend who may be many miles away but I feel certain that somehow, someday, we'll manage to meet.... And oh, lots of others of you who are very much friends to me, even if for now we may not be able to see each other in person :) I daren't list you all, partly because there aren't enough words to make into clickable links to cover you all! I've gotten sidetracked, but my original point was that these friendships have mostly come about because of classes with this lady.

Her photography is stunning, as are her layouts and other projects.

Her love of travel is infectious, and I love to read about her experiences and view her 'holiday photos'.

I follow her blog, I follow her on Twitter - um, I guess really I stalk the poor woman!!

You don't need me to tell you who it actually is, do you?! And I don't suppose she's a new link to (m)any of you. But that's no reason not to highlight her blog as being a very worthy recipient of my Blog of the Week Award :)

Shimelle - thank you for everything! xx

PS Thank you for all the kind comments about the card I showed in the Project 365 post that published this morning :) I'd be happy to put a tutorial together, though I'm not sure quite when it will be ready - but I'm working on it, so watch this space! xx

Of course it's Shimelle! I just scraplifted the layout in your screen capture of her blog yesterday - used a photo of me with my first bicycle!
