19th December: the big carol concert at our church. I so, so love being part of the choir, and this service is a huge part of Christmas for me :-)
My first disappointing
Graze box! I've discovered that I don't like dates.... Luckily it's easy enough to update my preferences so I won't be sent any more of them!

I love your shot of Church - it really conjures a northern hemisphere winter for me ... what a pity about the dates - I quite like them though :-)
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Love the photo of the church. Wishing you all the best in 2011. Hugs Anesha
When we were first together Mr M and I would buy a box of dates every year. We would each taste one and decide that we still didn't like them and give them to Mr M senior. We decided recently that we were daft to keep on tasting because we definitely don't like dates at all, not even fresh. We just buy a box and give them to F-i-L.
Great photo. I love the Christingle service each Christmas & know Christmas wouldn't be the same if we missed it!
Just wondering what is the point of dates!lol..
Best wishes for the New Year Mel.xx
Oooh I love dates! This year I had the best ever, they were from JS, TTD, even more delicious when I put marzipan in the centre :)
I'm so impressed that you've kept this up all year. Any idea what challenge you'll take up in 2011?
No, we have never been Boxing day shoppers either - we like to stay in and enjoy what we've been given instead.
It's wonderful to hear that you had a nice Christmas. We spent quite a bit of it on the road because our car was the only one on the family which could make it through the snow, but we are back home now and enjoying some time together.
"health to wear" as we say round here for that lovely new camera!!
Christmas would NOT be Christmas for me if we missed our Christmas Eve service. It's one of the most beautiful services of the year. Lovely photo!
Look at all that beautiful snow!! :)
The picture of the church looks beautiful Mel :)
