We covered decoupage and pyrimage in my papercrafts class on 2nd November.
And I had a lovely snack of two little iced cupcakes, made by The Girl and The Mother (The Mother looked after The Children for me while I was at the INSET the day before):
I'm in awe of people who can do decoupage, let alone teach it. I think my cutting out skills are still scared by being harshly marked on mistakes by my primary 1 teacehr!
...is what I speak. It describes what I actually say (nonsense, mostly) and how I say it (ie my accent, which is a mixture of all sorts - a bit of North of England, a bit of Irish, a bit of South West England, a lot of just me!) The word comes from my name, Mel, and the fact that I'm one-quarter Welsh. But there's not actually any Welsh in my accent. Go figure...

I could use some lessons in decoupage too - I can never cut straight except when I need curved.
I have used diecuts but always feel that's cheating
I love a bit of cutting out and those cupcakes look yummy- glad the class went well x
Both the craft and the cakes look great! I am hungry now:)
Cute cards!
The cupcakes look very cute :)
Pyrimage is a new word to me - so I'd love to see some more examples some time in the future
I'm afraid decoupage is not something I've attempted - or plan to ;) I don't have the patience xx
Never heard of pyrimage! Lots of incredibly careful work here ... Are there any spare cupcakes? :)
Your cards are lovely and I'd love to pop one of those tiny cupcakes into my mouth along with some hot coffee :)
