Saturday evenings through the autumn tend to involve watching the X-Factor. Sorry...

I discovered these granola squares in Asda recently, and they're delicious! They've got oats, seeds, raisins and cranberries in them, but no nuts - perfect :-)

yep, social events in Autumn are totally written off on Saturday nights!

At the moment I want Paije and Matt to go, not fussed on either. Like Mary but she really hasn't got the Xfactor for me, will she be another SuBo? Rebecca is great as are One Direction. Love Katie's voice but unless you have the public backing you've got no chance! TreyC is excellent, but doesn't stand out as being different. Love Cher's voice but can't bear to watch her speak, her attitude is not good! Love Aiden but wish he would do an upbeat song, don't think he deserves the criticism about being "intense" because he is also good and different!

One of my sisters absolutely loves the Australian version - I'm not into it all that much but we have a local from my home town who is doing well this year.

You don't mention wheat so those bars sound good for a snack.

Don't watch Xfactor. Hope you have a great day.

X-factor and granola squares make a good partnership :).

Yum those bars look delicious ... and I figure any tv show that brings you happiness or laughter is fine by me! :)

I'm a strictly fan instead of xfactor but I like how you captured it.

Are you watching the new ANTM? :)

Our Saturday nights are spent the same way :)
I've just rediscovered the Alpen light bars - love the summer fruits one and only 1 point on WW so I'm happy! xx

I'm an X-Factor junkie too. Gotta have something to do on a cold, wet autumnal Saturday evening x
