On 21st October The Children went to their reading group at the library, and came back armed with plenty of books!

And I snacked on a slice of toffee yogurt cake - if you've tried this recipe with another flavour of yogurt I thoroughly recommend that you try it again with toffee flavour, it's the most delicious variation I've found! :-) PS I didn't actually eat the cake at the library, in case you were wondering....

Do you know what we always thought was the yuckiest thing about people eating in the library? The book covers were probably filthy. Actually I'm sorry I said that now, who wants to think of great library books as germ magnets? lol

We have that Blitz one and love it.

Two of my favorite things, books and cake! I wonder if I could even find toffee flavored yogurt here in the states. I think I have a quest on the horizon.

Sadly I don't think there is toffee yogurt around here. but I have made it with coffee flavored yogurt and that was very good
