Who'd have thought I'd be glad to be back at work? ;-) But I had missed it, and I do love being with those kids :-) I should explain that because of the role I do I don't have my own class or my own classroom; I work with 3 or 4 different classes. I therefore can't take any credit for this beautifully tidy and organised room!
At bedtime I had a couple of rich tea biscuits with a mug of hot chocolate:

oh rich teas - since we were about 7, my sister has been a total rich tea fan while I favoured digestives - we still hold to these prefernces
The classroom picture makes me think of the calm before the storm ;o), so good to enjoy the work you do though! I have to admit yesterday the Turkish Delight hot chocolate made an appearance again. I haven't had any for a while but with the weather turning colder I just needed some :o) Have a great weekend xx
Ahem. There is a board for English and one for Maths but where is the one for Coordinating a Sofa with a Rug?
Mise, let me put your mind at rest. Important subjects such as Sofa Coordination have boards in prominent positions at the _front_ of the classroom. Minor topics like English and Maths go at the back of the room where the children can't really see them.
I would love a classroom of my own Mel, yours looks so tidy. I have to share with lots of others and it is never as tidy as I want it!
