On June 8th I dug out the popcorn maker we were given as a wedding gift. It pops the corn with hot air so you get a lovely low-fat, low-salt and low-sugar snack - great alternative to crisps :-)

So yes, I ate some popcorn - but also a little 'fruit pot'; a layer of fruit puree, a dollop of plain low-fat fromage frais, and a sprinkling of granola (made from this recipe but omitting the dried fruit):
