On June 1st we visited a museum about the second world war - it was really interesting, and as The Girl will be studying this period next year at school, I'm hoping that she picked up a few useful facts and ideas too! All these replicas of posters were displayed outside the museum; I got a good close-up of 'Keep Calm and Carry On', it may appear on my blog at some point....

And as we were on holiday, I treated myself to an ice cream :-)

there is something about those icecreams at the beach - still love a 99er when on holiday

I bought a water bottle with the Keep Calm and Carry On logo in California. I really needed it much more when I was teaching, but I just love it.

I have the Keep Calm poster on my office wall next to my PC; I'm looking at it right now.
