131 of 365


On May 11th we finally found out who our prime minister would be - and that there would be some sort of Conservative-Liberal Democrat alliance. The details were still being finalised but at least we now knew that much!

For lunch that day I ate a Spanish omelette with bacon, mushrooms and some left over new potatoes. It was yummy but very filling so I ended up only wanting a bowl of cereal for my dinner! (NB The photo is of the omelette in progress - I did finish cooking it before I ate it....)

It's interesting to see all the posts from my UK blog friends regarding your recent elections. The political state in my country (US) has been rediculous with everyone choosing sides and hating the one they are not on. Pretty sad...

The Spanish omelet looks yummy!
