Another &*$%£^!@ confession!

I think I've mentioned before that I don't swear?

Swearing just isn't part of my daily vocabulary. That doesn't mean I NEVER swear - pain or extreme stress can induce a word or two, though not in front of The Children. Or in front of anyone else, really. And I'd prefer not to do it even then. I figured this layout told both sides of that story - plus it used up various giant punctuation brads that I hadn't yet found another use for!

I think that'll be the last confession for my I Have To Confess project - that doesn't mean I don't have any more deep dark secrets, but I'm not sure any more of them are fit for sharing in public.... ;-)

Great use of all that miscellaneous punctuation. I've tried hard to clean up my potty mouth since my daughters started calling me out on it. But bad habits are easy to slip back into. Especially when the oldest comes home from college spouting strings of curse words (which is just the way they talk there).

Clever LO! I wish I could say that I never swear, but that wouldn't be true! I try my hardest NOT to do it in front of DS, and I never swear in front of mum or the InLaws. So, in theory, it should be easy not to swear at all, shouldn't it ....

Hahaha. I love it. :o)

I'll admit, I do swear from time to time but only in the appropriate setting. My daughter HATES when I swear - even at age 21 - and I usually get a lecture if I slip up in front of her.

I'm with you on this one, we don't like swearing and I've tried to bring the children up likewise - unfortunately, peer pressure led to my son swearing far more than I like. It makes me cringe when I hear it!

It's very rare indeed that I swear...but seems to be more and more 'everyday' with youngsters....mine can't understand why I object to it!!

I TRY not to swear out loud but sometimes I'd have to put your exclamations into a thought cloud!! I love your confessions album, Mel!

Great page!

I swear all the damn time. :) Though I do manage to avoid most of it when the kids are around by using foreign words like bugger, which don't have the same impact here in the US.:)
