On April 7th I took The Children to see How To Train Your Dragon at the cinema. It was the first time I'd seen a 3D film - it worked pretty well! The Boy really enjoys the books by Cressida Cowell, and luckily wasn't disappointed that the film was only very loosely based on the first book (ie the characters had the same names, and there were Vikings and dragons in it. And Hiccup was a bit hopeless as a Viking. That's pretty much where the similarities end... But the storyline was good, and all in all it was quite a good film.)

For breakfast beforehand I'd had a toasted and buttered cinnamon and raisin bagel, oh yum!

I saw the preview for this when we went to see Alice in Wonderland. I miss going to see these kind of fun films now the kids are all grown up.
Think I may be borrowing my nephew's children for the afternoon when the new Toy Story comes out ;-)

Great shot of the bagel :-)

Hey, are you getting any funny looks from some of the places where you may have taken photos? Just curious :-)

We also don't tend to go to many of those type of movies any more - Emily enjoys the more adult movies now. I have to admit though, at times I'm quite relieved I don't have to sit through them all ;o)
Love cinnamon and those bagels are yummy!

I'm not a fan of bagels - or going to the movie theatre lol - but we do love watching movies at home!! I'll remember to get that one when it comes out.
