Our friend lives in Cluj-Napoca, which is the capital of Transylvania. On March 29th we explored the city, including climbing a hill on the outskirts and looking out over the rooftops. It's such a beautiful city! In many ways it reminds me of Vienna - it has the Habsburg influence too (The Doctor could tell you much more about the history of it but I picked up a few snippets...) There's so much more I want to tell you about what we saw but I'll prepare a photo post for that separately and keep this to my photo of the day :-)

We ate out for lunch that day, and I had fresh orange juice with my meal. I was thrilled when it truly was freshly squeezed juice!
