For dinner on April 16th I made a rather yummy chicken curry (another recipe jar pick) - low in fat but full of flavour!

Lunch was tuna, cucumber and olives, with a splash of olive oil and white wine vinegar, with a few oatcakes on the side:

Every time I look at one of these posts I think I really need to start making my lunches more interesting :)

Sian's right - you do seem to have a knack for yummy lunches. Mine are usually a roll with tuna or cold meat and salad, or soup with a roll... not much else.
Maybe you should post some of your lunchtime "recipes" for us lesser mortals!

Me too! My lunch usually consists of a boring sandwich - which tends to be the same nearly everyday! I really need to re-think this!
