The newspaper and its supplements are an important part of each Sunday, so I thought they should put in an appearance! It'll also be interesting to look back and see the long-forgotten headlines :-)
For lunch on 28th I had some of the leftover chicken and porcini pie and saute potatoes from the previous evening. I would like to point out that this is a side plate so the portion isn't quite as large as it might at first appear!!

It's not even 8am yet but that looks REALLY yummy!!!
That pie really does look good! I might have wanted a slightly bigger portion (I'm greedy like that ;o) ). Good idea to put a photo of the newspapers in!
Even if that was a dinner plate I wouldn't have questioned the portion size!!! It looks scrummy, es[ecially those golden (drool) sauted (dribble) potato's!!!
Those potatoes look scrumptious!

D'you know, you've almost persuaded me that I like filo pastry with that enticing looking photo!
The Sunday Times in this house, without fail. I've just come to you after visiting my sister's blog and she is featuring a newspaper as well.
Hum. When did I last eat saute potatoes? That looks so good! I feel hungry now.
Not sure about that newspaper... not the best headline page/photos.. a bit nauseating really. Please choose a "Good News" page next time? Yeah...
Still, great photos. This project is such fun -and I like yours best!
I love the paper supplements - always grab those first on the weekend! Another one of your recipes I'm going to have to try Mel - it looks fantastic!
realised when i saw the photo that I would have been suprised to see any other Sunday paper on your blog!
Hey, I liked the size of the portion when I thought it was a big plate! lol
