We went for a family walk on 6th February, exploring a local area we'd never visited before. The sandstone underfoot was just incredible, like some kind of alien terrain!
For pudding that evening I had apple strudel and custard:

Mmmmm... I do like apple strudel or apple crumble, or apple pie or anything apple really (even the McDonalds apple crisp things!) Just thinking about it, even stewed apples with custard would be yummy! See what you've got me thinking of now!! lol!

Sounds like you had a very interesting walk ... a lovely way to end the day with such a yummy pudding!
You had clearly worked up an appetite on that walk so deserved your custard and strudel! Such unusual landscape there. You wouldn't find that around here.
PS my salmon, ciabatta and pancetta kebabs were DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe. Oh, my husband says thanks too, any more where that one came from?!!!
...mouth is watering now!
