You know how I feel about housework. So don't expect to see too many photos like this!

Actually, of all forms of housework, this is probably the least tortuous. I don't mind the doing the washing part, or the getting it dry part. Less keen on the folding and sorting it all, and of course I don't iron (unnatural pursuit, ironing!), but I quite like pairing socks....

I like that already in this project I've got a mixture of mundane pics (this one, visiting the library) and less usual (the dawn, snow!) :-)

Foodwise, on the 8th I enjoyed a simple pleasure:

Hot buttered toast, yum :-) Wholemeal granary bread for preference, but pretty much any bread is good when toasted and buttered!

I think the everyday photos are ther real fun part of 365 because we tend to not have photos of the library and other important places in life and I wish I had those sort of photos from where I was living 20 years ago

It's great to include day-to-day stuff in a project like 365. After all, we only do every-day things most days, don't we?
I feel the same about the dreaded "h" word too! One of the only advantages of having hurt my back last year, was not being able to do any ironing (not that I did a lot before anyway - D. always does his own shirts and insists he wants to!!). I like pairing socks too - do you think we are weird?

Loving the pictures, Weirdly I took a picture of my peg bag today! Have made a link on your blog to the 365 and I made the indulgent spend for the 365 Ali Edwards overlays - I just couldn't resist in the end!

Nothing beats hot buttered toast on a cold morning....unless its hot buttered toast with honey, of course.

It's the mundane moments of life which really are our reality - stuff just has to be done!

Weirdly whilst I am a domestic slob in ALL other areas, I love ironing and my MOST favourite HW job is pegging washing on the line. I am quite anal about that!!
