I was disappointed to discover that despite having taken 100s of photos over the year, I didn't seem to have photos that represented all our highlights! I've chosen some of them for the 'mosaic' above, but I shall take care this year to capture as many moments as possible. I'm hoping Project 365 will help me with that.
What was the highlight of 2009 for you and your family? x

Hmmm, I know what you mean about realising that those special moments are just not there on the camera .... solution - just take even MORE photos ;-)Sometimes I surprise myself at how I manage to miss some of the real highlights!
That's a fine hefty list for 2009. Maybe you should run the train forward to end of 2010 and prepare your list so you can compare and contrast at year's end?
An excellent year in many ways then! Yes, I think I need to take even more photos, too. Needing to find enough photos to keep the blog going will probably help with that.
Oh, I am so touched that I made the list of highlights. I had such a good time that day in the park. We'll definitely have to try all that jumping around again when the weather's nicer! Much love x
Yes, I am also very good at missing the "important" moments. I have to make a point of both taking and using my camera at family events. I managed to miss several photo opportunities over Christmas - and of course I'm now kicking myself about it. Why have a camera etc, etc...
Ah well, 2010 is another year!
Like the layout, by the way. The mosaic is a great way to record your events all together.
I guess my highlights would be:
- getting married
- giving birth
- getting the scrapbooking fever again
(:

Another simple,but sooooo effective LO...lovely.
How is it that we all so often manage to miss the important photos.....especially as my kids would say I had a camera glued to my hand!!
Can't think of a highlight just now. We had quite an up 'n' down 2009, so I was glad to see the back of it.
What a lot of accomplishments! I really think I'm going to try to scratch out a 2009 accomplishment page soon.

I love that paper!
It amazing what happens in a year isn't it? I too am guilty of not getting 'enough' or the 'right' photos. I am going to try harder this year!
