I can however remember some of my Christmas presents. There was the exciting year of the huge gift that turned out to be a computer. There was the disappointment of unwrapping a book I already owned. And there was the very special year when The Boy was only 2 weeks old.
These pages are 6x6 - I just punched extra holes in the page protectors so they'd fit in the album. The background paper is from K&Company. I threaded ribbon through and tied the pages together - you have to untie the ribbon to 'unwrap' the journaling! And the Elsie's Studio number provides a 'gift tag'.

Very clever idea Mel and, you have used some lovely papers. It's a tricky prompt this one - you have dealt with it very well :-)
Love it Mel great idea x
Funny how we remember the presents rather than the xmas....not so much has changed!! I clearly remember getting a little record player...spent hours listening to it....wished I'd known that they would now class as memorabilia....and are quite valuable.
Love these pages, all bound together with that lovely tag - great idea!
I am struggling with this prompt I have to admit. I want to include photos but dread the thought of trying to find them - it could take HOURS (I know how easily sidetracked I am!)
What a great idea for this prompt. You have some lovely work on your blog.
Beautiful ribbon journaling idea. x
